voice overs, that was an impressive juice to be added to the game, I didn't expect that, the manual, the design and the quality of the manual itself deserves appreciation.
the feeling and mood of the environment.
I've decided to play the game from the beginning though I have played the early access before. the very first thing despite the size of the skeleton key which could be smaller.
It seems that the speed of the character is a little but high, I expected to have this speed while holding shift as an example for running.
Something has been changed with aiming or the damage of the Hammer, I could kill the guy but the creature killed me without getting any damage by my hammer.
that's for now, will reach you soon.
Oh by the way, the HUD, I think could be a mixture of transparent icons and mostly horizontal at the bottom right, key icons and other things could be placed at that position as well, it really won't bother when playing, but the current offset and placement is kind of annoying to me.
Firstly, thank you for giving another go, even after having played the Early Access-version. Your words about the VO and manual makes me very happy, since both was a risky move, but could add a flair synonyms with some of the boomer shooters we all know and love.
I did raise the base movment speed. Perhaps it is a bit too high, so I'll add that into consideration for the future. The size of the keys is something I've been bouncing back and forth on. Knowing that you consider them to be a bit large is great for my own thought process. The issue with the Hammer is interesting. I guess it has to do with sprite sizes, reach of the weapon itself, and the radius of the enemy. I'll look into it! Regarding the HUD, I've been wanting to change a few things myself. Most things are straight out of the box when it comes to what the engine offers someone like me. Still though, since I've wanted to change things up with it, I'll surely take your suggestions into consideration.
Thank you so much for your continued support and feedback. It will allow me to make sure REVEREND gets as good as it can get.
